The unique nature of the Program (3-week modules taught by visiting faculty from around the world) requires an equally unique approach to combine pedagogy and educational technology to achieve the right \u201cblend\u201d. As the educational technology required for blended learning already exists at the Aalto Mikkeli Campus, the key to success is its use by the faculty. Thus, faculty development is central to accomplishing blended learning goals in Mikkeli.
