Overview

In this project, we aim to facilitate multidisciplinary game development at Aalto University campus. The activities are piloted as “Quantum Games” course.

On Quantum Games (QG20) students build games and playful art projects in multidisciplinary teams. They are provided with the very basic knowledge of game development and quantum physics, tasked with online learning tasks, create their personal learning recommendations for future students, work independently in teams and present the projects at the end of the course and on course website. They also explore the topics of quantum and game development with a help of learning material, which are gamified (see project Playable Concepts).
