Student representative 2.0 by AYY: Learning to lead a change

Overview

This pilot is a training made by students for students. There is about 300 student representative posts each year in Aalto. The pilot aims to move the traditional training of student representatives to an online environment. It will be created to the MyCourses -platform. The course will be trilingual and feature school-specific material for every school of Aalto University. The new online course will cover following subject matter:

1. The structure and decision-making in Aalto University
2. Co-working in meetings as a representative
3. Development of education
4. The rules concerning students
5. Becoming an efficient influencer
