Overview
The goal is to create real life scenarios of diversity in the workplace. Students get to meet people from organizations of their interest, conduct interviews on topics related to diversity at the workplace, and deepen their knowledge of teamwork and leadership through real life cases. Besides learning on the actual topic and cases, students will learn to conduct interviews and create their own material based on that.
Pedagogical methods
Students interview and record people from an organization of their interest. Those recordings or videos are shared with the rest of the course and with other courses.
